Peeka

The eye break you'll look forward to. A tiny ghost for your Mac that makes the 20-20-20 rule something people actually do.

Short: Peeka is a tiny ghost for your Mac that gets sleepy while you work, then pulls a blanket over your screen and counts to 20 while you look at something far away.

Longer: Break reminders get muted within a week because they interrupt at the worst moment. Peeka is a character instead of a timer: it gets visibly sleepier the longer you stare, so a break never ambushes you. It waits until you stop typing, stays out of calls, presentations and screen shares, naps when you're away, and backs off if you skip. Built by solo developer Sameed Ahmad.
